Body Positivity

Okay i just got home still haven't ate anything except for water. We end up not seeing each other. I left coz i got so tired of waiting in the shed in this hot and humid weather. My friend picked me up and i stayed in their houz for a while and after i went to get some groceries then finally just got home. I am mentally and physically drained 😭 i wanna cry, i dont want to settle for less but i am in this current relationship im in 🤧😫😭😭

😞I don't care about anyone much but when it comes to certain people, I become a people pleaser. They constantly disrespect me or put themselves before me. I understand that but I can't control myself. I am available to them anytime. I don't like doing this at all, I hate them and I hate myself. Yet I don't know how to stop being like this. I want to put myself first and stop thinking about others all the time. I just hate myself for being so stupid. I just wanna isolate myself from everyone.

3am Thoughts

I think I have hit rock bottom. In a couple of days I have to write one of the most competitive exams in the country. I haven't touched a book in a year . I procastinate the whole day watching movies and tv series. In the end of everyday I masturbate to forget the pain of self loathing. I don't even know if my parents notice or anything but I know if this continues I may not have a bright or atleast a decent future ahead. I can't bring myself to be motivated to reset and make everything right before it's too late. I sincerely wish I can come out of the hell put myself in.
