I would like to advice you to count the cigarettes you smoke in a day.
Try keeping a limit reducing it slowly.
This wont happen miraculously in one day but the kicking butt needs lot of strength.
- You can try nicotine patches, meditation , chewing gums instead of cigs.

Stay away from smoking zones
Stay away from all sorts of triggers
Try to divert ur mind when u have urge to smokeβ¦
Remember someone you love a lot whenever u feel like smoking
Think that u are upsetting that personβ¦
You will have withdrawal symptoms but be firmβ¦
U can do it
U can quit itβ¦
Try watching scary content about side effects of smokingβ¦
