I believe there's some good and some bad in a person, I can't agree that a person can be entitled as either entirely good or entirely bad. Thoughts?

Love

I don't know wat to do with all these emotions that r bottled up.. I can't take it out on anyone no one deserves that.. I can't keep punishing myself by keeping it all in.. all I do now is get triggered by small things n cry alone.. it's soo unfair .. I want all the stress to go away I want to not be triggered by small things I want to be normal again..bit I can't coz apparently I'm the rock for everyone 

Frustration

It is becoming increasing evident in modern day researches, the co-relation between physical health and mental disorders. While it is imperative to note that one musn't force oneself to do activities that their mind, body and soul is aligned too, it is necessary to know that physical activity, to whatever degree one can muster, is necessary for the mind-matter balance. Specifically, i am speaking of hydration and gut health. Before you give up all hope, try and hydrate your body. The effects have been subtle and yet shifting for me. As my focus on keeping my physical body grew, my mental health bettered too. By no means, is this a cure. It is simply a reminder to go back to the basic, our physical vessel, before we self diagnose ourselves with illness that are more symptoms of a much basic issue rather than causes.

It's getting kinda close to my birthday (October 7th) and I really don't want to celebrate it. I get sad just thinking about it. My cousin was born on October 6th which is not really the best for me since my parents usually just buy me a small cake from the nearest store and make me buy my own presents. Last year, it was a bit worse. My cousin was born the day before my birthday and I had recently just completed a really important exam. My parents, on my birthday, took me  to go see my new cousin and I was so sad. I didn't even get a cake. No presents either. I cried that night. I'm kind of dreading my birthday because I know I'm going to be overhyped and expect so much but receive so little. It's my cousin's first birthday this year and, although I know it's kind of a big deal, I want my birthday to be my day. I don't want to go see my cousin and spend the evening writing a stupid birthday card he can't even read. Obviously, since he's younger, his birthday means more than mine but I rarely get any attention from anyone I just want my birthday to be mine, for once. I got accepted into one of the best schools in the country, I help around the house and I study so much. Why can't my parents notice what I do? I hate everything. It also doesn't help that my family doesn't believe in mental illness when i literally got a bipolar diagnosis. I'm just so tired of this life, I know I might sound dramatic but everything sucks so much for me.
