Experiencing a roller coaster of different emotions is absolutely alright.
But during this one must remember, that although it is okay to experience them, it is not necessary to keep staying with it for a long time.

At such times:
* Get some fresh air
* Tidy your space
* Talk with someone
* Journal your day/ thoughts/ feelings/ triggers
* Introspect/ reflect within
* Write down your to- do- list and get going instead of pondering over the same thing.
