Hey!Β Even i heard about what you are saying. I believe that anything beyond a limit can be harmful to us. The same i heard about a uncle in my society who loves gyming and he used to spend atleast 1 hr

Exercise is good for our body. It keeps us stay fit and healthy. We should exercise for atleast 40 minutes a day to remain healthy.
