Everything was normal from past few days but Idk why today I’m feeling very demotivated, very low of energy, I feel like crying😭😭😭😭.
What should I do to overcome this situation?
You are overthinking about everything, you are thinking everyone is better than you feeling that no body likes you… This kind of thinking can make you feel low.
How can I stop thinking this all!
1. Busy your brain which can stimulate you.
Job, calling your old friend, watch some South movie ( kafi ultimate hoti h seriously)
2. Meet your local Phys for cbt Or they will give you ocd or anxiety meds for short term. ( seriously if you not go it can be create long term disorder)
3. Find root cause ( your past)
