Everyone thinks move on is so easy but how do move on πŸ˜– from one sided love. Move on means if i make eye contact also with that person I should not get a high heart rate or a numbness in my whole body. How to deal with it ??

Moving on takes time. It depends on how deeply you were connected with a person.
If you’ve decided to move on, use the old school tricks…delete their number, images and anything that is related to their memory.
Secondly, give yourself time to come out of it.
Third, get along with new people and be busy so that you don’t have time to be upset and feel a sense of achievement.

Do you live for yourself or for them? Will you hurt yourself just because of one person, not worth it mate. Ignore them, don’t pay heed. They want you to react and be affected.
Be positive.

If you feel that it is not going to happen between both of you, just don’t care. Slowly it will fade away. One side love is far better than years of relationship and breakup. That is another level of pain.

Hey, one-sided love is tough, and I get that moving on isn’t a switch you can just flip. It’s totally normal for your heart to race or feel that numbnessβ€”it shows you cared deeply. Give yourself time to process these emotions, and be patient with the healing process.

Consider doing things that bring you joy, surrounded by people who lift you up. Letting go is a journey, not a race, so take it one day at a time. And hey, if you ever need someone to talk to we can connect at a professional level . You’ve got this! πŸ’™

Wish you resilience
Take care
