Everyday I feel I am struggling to live. I am a medical student , I am from a middle class family. I basically have no so called problems.
Day by day anxiety is eating me up. I am not able 2 do anything.
The very first time I had my anxiety attack was 6 months back.
After that things subsided fr a while and i got t again.
I live w my old grandmotherโ€ฆ
I am feeling so depressed โ€ฆ my parents r very kind but i dont want to talk to anyone about this
Whenever my frnds call i laugh so much n talk but whenever m aloneโ€ฆ i cant.
my thoughts eat me upโ€ฆ
everyhtingโ€ฆ
i just cantโ€ฆi dont want to tell my parents or my frnds
Im strugglingโ€ฆ
I really need helpโ€ฆ
I feel like ending everything once n fr allโ€ฆ

i just wanna say one thing each time you have anxiety attacks and you feel you wanna end it all remember these words a lot of people love you and some always will, life is short, yes but that dosent mean theirs a lot to experience so before you wanna drown your self in pain just remember someone is always there to help you and there is always someone who loves you for who you are and for who you wanna be
