Every time there are crisis in any relationships I have or in life. I always wondered, what would it be like if I was never born in the first place. I wouldn’t have caused pain to the people I love nor would I ave caused pain to myself.

I’ve been told I have anger issues and a lot of times I feel very nervous and anxious and end up creating situations that make me feel even more anxious later. I have already tried out things to control my anger like meditation, reiki but sometimes people talk BS and it gets over my head. Also, I think I judge both myself and people very hard. Every time I talk to someone it feels like the problem is in me.

From where you learned reiki?

My mom introduced it to me via her contacts. Then how and where I learned it. It was a private session for a small group of people.

Nope just the first one. There’s another one called Narayan Reiki, I did all three for that one.

Although, it still hasn’t helped much because over time I think I’ve lost faith in my Gods and these meditation practices too and haven’t practiced them much lately.

Yeah you didn’t learn the real reiki…anyways…just meditation doesn’t help in controlling anger you have to do pranayam and rigorous yoga with that then only you’ll be able to control anger…don’t blame yourself everyone has flaws no one is perfect in this world…so be patient and work on yourself

Yeah. I too believe that. So in a sense, I’m littering my body and mind (=temple) with my negative thoughts. Therefore causing pain to myself. I know I shouldn’t but my over thinking gets put of hands a lot of times.
