Every night I feel like I will die because of my heartache given by my ex. How do I get rid of it? How can I be better?
sleep early, read self help/books , stop using social media , go out for walk, think about positive things only.
Itβs just not that easy I get no pleasure in any of those things neither do they distract me
bcz you got used to feel miserable. For a moment , think , why are you even having a thought about him? does it even matter anymore? It will take some time but please change your focus from him to own.
