Every month when I go through PMS, i experience extreme lows. I donβt want to say depression, mostly because it never lasts long enough but most of the symptoms are similar. I have no enthusiasm, Iβm hopeless, i cannot concentrate. And this emptiness in my chest which is probably the worst of them all. It only lasts for 3 to 6 days maybe a week before my period. What should I do?
This happens to me too, I guess the hormones have a really big role to play
