Overthinking

Life is really kicking me in the butt right now, I really don’t know what to do next. I even considered taking my own life sometimes, I just feel I’m at a crossroads and wondering what is my next move. My parents would be so disappointed in me if I was to commit suicide. I just mentally exhausted, at times I just don’t want to do anything. Why do I feel this way, what is going in my brain to make me feel this way.
