Today, I feel very sad become in life not good someone every around very bad in my life, very fatigue feeling in  life,i don't understand in life handling bad setuation how,i have give up in life 😐

Lonely

I dont feel anything anymore.
I dont have dreams and goals in life.
I dont want anything.


Mental Wellbeing

I feel like I'm loosing things loosing people. There is a feeling of loss. I don't know how to deal with this , it's making me sad. What do I do?

Anxiety

So, today I’m feeling very overwhelmed and my tears continuously stream slowly down my face. I tried all night to control them, holding my breath and clinching  my entire body, now causing a terrible headache. I hate this feeling of emptiness, worry and panic. The crazy part is for some reason... deep down my mind tells me I deserve it. I’m a good person and I have always been generous with a good heart, but I trust NOBODY!!! I push the world away and indulge in my stuffing.  It’s a disgusting cycle and I am so tired of it, but can’t seem to fix it.
