Current Affairs

I saw a friend of my brother in bum ble who already have a serious relationship since 7 yrs, both their families know about their relationship nd they are quite serious. he flirts with everyone, he flirted with me as well but he is Very funny and cracks jokes all the time and I thought maybe he is flirting in the sense of sarcasm but now ik what is the truth. But it's so hurtful, due to people like this, good people are infamous

my anxiety and depression is just through the fucking roof today. had a fight with parents. can't focus at work. even a distraction isn't distracting anymore.  can't breathe properly. all coping mechanisms are failing. this is happening very frequently these days.  is there even an end to this??

Frustration

Day 157 of writing journal entries.

I had a good day today! Same drill as usual, anime, sleep, food, and a workout, but it was nice. Then I went to youth group and that was fun! I’ve met some really nice people there.

I overheard a strange situation at the neighbors though. I’m not sure what to think of it. In short, I heard a scream, man comes out and yells at his dog, and then drags it into the house aggressively. My thoughts are that the dog did something and then the man got wayyyy to mad at it. I hope the girl and the dog are both okay… I hear fighting from their house a lot.

Anyway, other than that scare, everything else went just fine! Hope everyone else is doing good to! ☺️

What is wrong with my life.Whenever I feel like finally something good is happening the very next moment life hits me hard.Idk how can I overcome this feeling of heartbreak this time.
