Does anyone feel really insecure about their bodies? It's so difficult to get intimate with anyone. I always fear they're gonna hate me for the way my body looks. 

There's nothing like perfect body..... remember if you can't like yourself how do you expect it from others to do it for you ...... I'm saying you're amazing believe me😊

No one better than me can answer your question I am suffering from gynecomastia . I really feel insecure most of the time but still I try to don't give a fuck about it. Hope u will also overcome from ur problem a

Body Dysmorphia

Hello guys.
I am new to this app.
So my first insecurity is my body.
When I was a kid, everything was fine and I never got to face any body shaming.
But as a teen my friends with whom I was with from past 8 years started saying bad stuff about my body.
They called me flat, told me I was too small, boys won't be attracted to me.
Put on some olive oil.
You are flat from behind as well.
You won't be able to please boys.
 when I see myself in mirror I too want to have big boobs big ass.
Everyone told me that having flat chest and flat ass won't help you. You are not attractive.
I am insecure now.
Whenever I see someone who has bigger boobs thn mine I feel sad like why don't I have one.
Now I am thinking about plastic surgery but at some point I don't want to have fake boobs and ass.
I am sad.

I'm 13 almost 14 and I feel really insecure about my body. I am really thin and not really curvy and it makes me dislike myself because all my friends are having some type of busk and I just have a little.
On Instagram, there are girls my age that look so pretty and they look like they are 17 or older. I like the way I look but I don't like the way my body looks.

I couldn’t find the appropriate category for this// Social media tells us what we are supposed to look like which is basically a 24 inch waist with a zero fat percentage, a big ass but also a thigh gap, a little belly fat is fine but not too much, well toned arms but they shouldn’t be bulky, a woman who’s tall enough for the perfect kiss but don’t get me wrong. “short is great too”. social media tells us what the perfect relationship is supposed to look like which is basically, sex at least thrice a week, dinner reservations at expensive restaurants, free hoodies from your boyfriends, your man hyping you up because he likes the way you dress and your style. Instagram, Facebook, snapchat (or whatever other platform you use) has us wrapped around its fingers, we’re puppets on strings that are attached to nothing but the society’s standards. That is what we all think. If you (whoever is reading this) someday, somehow manage to look past the standards that the  society we’re living in holds for us, you might actually find beauty in everything. It’s okay if you want to disagree with me on this, I see where you’re coming from but I personally feel that the expectations that were supposed to fulfill aren’t as bad as we think they are. You know why? Because everything, every damn thing, that we go through  or think, is because of the decisions we make on our own. You might actually start caring less, or run out of fucks to give if you take this blindfold off.

Body shaming is traumatizing.
I was bullies fir being skinny and when I started my gaining journey I was told girls shouldn't go to gym. This sucks even tho I barely care about people saying so but still st some place it breaks my heart ❤ 

Having a fear of getting into a relationship or getting married. 

Dont know the exact reason but
One of d reason might be, I've seen change in people's behaviour towards me and the way they treat me is completely diffrent as i changed my appearance from chubby to lean.



Is becoming fat means you are not attractive. Even my own parents lecture me everyday that you are so fat you are not attractive I feel like dying.
