Does anyone also go through panic attacks in which you feel breathlessness and constant crying…can you recommend how to overcome it.
i think sleep paralysis rules apply here. try focusing on one thing, like your pinky finger. then go through all your fingers. feel what you’re touching. count in a foreign language. really, it’s just to bring you back down to reality. like the name 5 things you can see, 4 things you can hear, etc. trick.
Yeah i get panic attacks…at that time actually dance to reduce the pain …it doesn’t reduce completely…but atleast a little relief …
