i think sleep paralysis rules apply here. try focusing on one thing, like your pinky finger. then go through all your fingers. feel what youβre touching. count in a foreign language. really, itβs just to bring you back down to reality. like the name 5 things you can see, 4 things you can hear, etc. trick.
Yeah i get panic attacksβ¦at that time actually dance to reduce the pain β¦it doesnβt reduce completelyβ¦but atleast a little relief β¦
