PTSD

There is so much inside that I will cry any moment but no one will ever know that I cried I feel like I am a waste and doesn't have any motivation to do anything and people keep hurting me like I am some kind of magnet that attracts cruel people who can hurt me and be on their way 

Anxiety

So have you ever felt like crying...but your eyes are dry
Ever felt like screaming but you chose to remain silent
Ever felt like pouring down all your thoughts but you know there's no one who'll listen.

Ahh sometimes I feel like shit seriously

Overthinking

I can't seem to stop crying today what do you guys do to feel better at these times?

We cry silently right ?
And it feels pathetic.
Let that Groan out when you cry. You'll be surprised at how much mourning that Groan holds. And Again, how much strong and loud it is. 
It's like the strongest and the weakest parts of you rejoicing, you'll cry, but this time. 
You'll be howling your strength and it will only make stronger.
Silent Sobbing is dead. Wake up.

that was actually fine cuz not everytime you can hide your tears behind the fake smile  crying alone can make you relief but when we men cry in front of everyone we r on our last stage to handle that sadness , 🥺🥺🥺❤️❤️
