Does anybody else feel a constant need for reassurance every time there's a change in the dynamic of the conversation

I don't like talking to most people I know.  Some just miscomprehend and some aren't that close enough.

3am Thoughts

How is it that I always pay 100% attention to what people say but when I am doing the talking no one is interested. Even my best friend. When she is sharing her problems I listen. But when I’m saying something she is always distracted. 
This sort of behavior has made me more conscious. I don’t usually feel like talking to anyone about my feelings because it doesn’t matter to them anyway 

Insecurity

Idk what is wrong with me. There is this guy with whom I just cannot speak I mean it's only him speaking all the time & from my side it's only Hmm, yeah, yes. I think I am gonna lose him because of my lack of communication skills. I am really afraid. I mean no guys likes to talk to a girl who does this right. What should I do whenever I am on call with him or in person I literally forget all the words & I am unable to phrase the sentences my vocabulary becomes so weak. But it is not so with others. What is wrong with me. This is some weird kinda problem, right? Or is it my lack of confidence? Idk. Please help me out. If I don't change it he'll lose interest in me. If someone does that to me I would never speak with that person but he still wants to speak with me.

Life is so boring rn

Its hard for me to initiate conversation. I get palpitations and sweaty hands even asking for directions or while ordering food on the phone. I just wish I wasn't such a wuss
