Okay for sure we dont date bad guys......but some guys make us girls feel so vulnerable for making that guy feel special.....i dont know abt every other man out there tho

So I am getting affected coz of this person. He is my dad. I dont like him Coz many things have happened and he is toxic. He is impressive to outer world and shitty at home. He perfers my brother more and He dont talk to me Nicely. He is like daughters are dumb and I cant do anything in my life. He dosent support me anything nor do he talks To me nicely. More to that He keeps on doing Things which he knows maybe will effect me or annoy me. Like caring more for My brother and all. He does all this and never appreciates Me . My parents have always neglected and ignored me since childhood and they still do, I have moved past it but still it hurts me sometimes. They still do not accept the fact that they were wrong and keep blaming me that it’s all in my mind.

I’m about to go out on a date with my boyfriend but I’m not as excited as I should be. I’ve just been feeling soo angry and annoyed lately and he hasn’t been helping with his actions. We had this entire argument about him being arrogant and wanting to be the center of attention all the time. This has brought us many issues in the past and played a big role in the destruction of our relationship. We’ve been trying it work on our past issues but he does this thing where I tell him what I’m seeing and how it makes me feel then he completely denies it and argues with me instead of admitting he is wrong. Then when I start to bring up instances and explain them to him he says I was right all along and says he will change but then never does. This cycle has gone one for over a year now. And this arrogance and attention seeking is the most unattractive thing about him. And he acts this way quite often so I spend a lot of my time mad at him and annoyed by everything he does because he doesn’t allow me to address my feelings with him so I just bottle them up and the next time he acts this way I just have no patience and begin to act really petty and roll my eyes at him all the time. But I clearly can’t change him and he does not want to change so I’m in this position where I like being with him and I do have love for him but this is a huge problem and it’s making it hard for me to express my love because its blocked out by anger and frustration. Imagine how insecure it makes me feel when he runs around as if he’s hot and I’m not and everywhere he goes all eyes have to be on him. And then whenever he’s going to large gatherings or even school he feels the need to do the most with what he’s wearing and tries every way to make absolutely everyone like him. And I spoke to him about that being an insecurity because he does not feel good unless everyone turns their head to look at his outfit and every single person in the room loves him. Imagine constantly being with someone like that and how annoyed you’d feel by them. So now we’re going on this date and I’m honestly going because I haven’t been out in a while but in all honesty I’d rather go out with anyone but him.

There was a boy who I met at a clg function then he started confessing his feelings again n again n I always take it as a jk cuz he also had some crushes for a while which he also told me but with time idk why but I started developing feelings for him but I never tell him then he asked me again so I said that I want to do the marriage so he talked to his close cousins n mom somehow about me but at the same time he is also doing flirt  with a senior girl who is engaged. till yet we r not in any relationship but still I'm very confused is he really interested in me?
