Do you sometimes just feel like crying? Like out of nowhere? Just feel like you need to burst out whatever it is that is inside of you out through tears?

Its normal to feel that way sometimes, I know it sucks but sometimes you gotta let it out. It makes you feel better and light. Let stuff out, talk to someone, it really helps!

Oh definitely, I cry too. It feels great after crying like feeling calm, relaxed, and out of something heavy on my chest. It gives me more clarity on my emotions and how to tackles them.
