Yeah, sometimes losing our temper makes us feel regretful because we unintentionally hurt someone who really is concerned about you.

Actually it’s a routine for me now . Getting frustrated being angry all the time . And I need to learn to have control over this

Yeah, having a control on temper will really help. You can try practising yoga and meditation, I think it will help

Neither of it, actually.
I talk to people or be alone when I am tensed and no one should lash at somebody because they are angry. It can lead to problems in the future.

Yeah I know and after I lash out after a few min I realise what I have done and than I feel bad .
I am good it’s just my brain is messed up can’t really think much

Talk to yourself and be quiet than speaking anything when you get the urge. After repeated attempts, your subconscious will automatically accept it.
