Life

So overwhelming

Frustration

I used to feel sad but now I just feel numb. I have people who I love more than myself and they have so many expectations from me and I don't want to let anyone down but in all this I've lost myself and now I'm too tired to look for me again! I'm 21 and I'm already done with this life!! 

Lonely

I Am not okay .. I don't know what to do ?

I think I hate myself ?

I don't know myself if this a cry of help of sorts but I've been feeling empty lately 
I feel no emotions inside me 
I move away from a group 
I don't like talking to people anymore ,the normal routine in my life is making me hurt inside my head 
Whenever anyone sees me they say cheer up and not be depressed every time 
But I don't know how to do that 
I know I have friends to talk to but I'm so afraid all the time 
My mind is scattered everywhere I can't focus

The expectations from family , the competition from friends, dealing with all the fake people and just nodding along 
I don't know how long I can just pretend 
Sometimes I just want to scream and forget and get away 
The scars from my past the anxiety filling my head and loneliness in me I want to let go off it all 
The happy feeling I imagine myself in only to be disappointed 
I don't know what to do 
I just sit and I just go on containing all these feelings inside me
I just don't know when I would do something later that I would regret


Stress

Pain, regrets, or something? I don't even know, I can't identify what it is. I am not even sure about what am I feeling right now. All I know is that I am locked in a place where I found presence of great comfort, sadness, and at the same time emptiness. 

I hate being vulnerable. I hate when I like someone romantically. It's part of being human but I really hate it with a passion. That's also a human emotion right there... Okay maybe hate is the only think I'm on right now lol. #pessimist

It doesn't get better!

Okay so contrary to popular belief and extending on what I have previously read about OCD, it's relatively easy to acquire, and hard to let go of. To a large extent, I believe that we all have some sort of predisposition to OCD, especially those people who are extremely dedicated and have difficulty in varying their standards according to the demands of the situation. But we all must realise that everything cannot be perfect. We do not have to always be perfect, and it's not always mandatory to bring the best out of every situation. Once a person acquires OCD, it is quite hard to let go of. It requires major personality changes through therapy.
