I am walking backwards and actially cribbing about it. I have a degree in medicine. But I donot have interest in taking it further bcz of unsteady earning. And I feel I cant do anything else because i feel far behind now in terms of my age and stuff. I suffer from bouts of anxiety and it stops me from doing literally anything. I am a ticking time bomb

Hello there! I can understand what you are going through. I have been through the same trust me.
follow this :
1. Start taking baby steps
2. Do very little everyday
3. Inner peace and happiness above any salary you can get. People withdraw 1Lac a month but do not have peace, what’s the use more or little.
