We've patched up again after 7 months of breakup. He hasn't said he likes me untill now but I've already told him that i like him, he just replied with yes ok.

So I'm a very sensitive person and I just overthink almost everything.
So I have a crush, I used to talk to him daily and like a lot he's my best friend like I consider him my best friend I didn't propose him or told him about my feelings because it might ruin our friendship. So from the past 2 days he's kinda avoiding me like leaving me on read etc. I'm not able to focus on my online lectures checking my phone every few minutes to see if he messaged me, he kinda likes my friend.... Idk what's happening and even when I start a conversation he seems so uninterested. Idk what I should do please someone help.
