Mental Wellbeing

I am being delusional or just normally spiralling i dont know but i think but recent ex is talking to someone who i know. I know i know that it is allowed but it hurts like hell and i am jot able to confirm it because if i ask him he will deny but my gut is telling me that something is fishy and whenever i felt this way, i was proven right.
If he was talking to someone i didnt know toh that would be fine, but making connection with someone i know is just get me anxious.
I hate this!! 
My head is spinning and i just dont want to imagine anything, bs koi aa k bta k chla jaye if this is happening or not then only i can begin to think ki how to get over this feeling
