Self Love

I want to take a break from my boyfriend. Because he is always busy and less communicative. I feel sad when he doesn’t give me time for a long time. He has reasons to be busy all the time. I try to understand his situation. But at one point I feel frustrated about this relationship. So I decided to take break. I don’t know if taking break is a right decision or not. I am just not feeling to talk with him anymore. He made me wait for so long like half month or more that I lost interest to talk with him.

Frustration

I have a toxic trait and instead of me getting mad or showing I’m mad or hurt I tend to be petty because of things that happened in my past. I just want to be less petty but it takes me a lot to not be petty and express how I feel.

My ex boyfriend texted me that he suffers and he is not productive at his work and many other things that made me conclude that he had depression.I texted him back that it will be good from my opinion for him to see a Psychologist because this may help him with his depression and trauma and he said back:you said that I am stupid in the past so why do you think a Psychologist will help me if I am so stupid?this was like an attack to me and I told him because you feel bad and if you are texting me that you don’t want to live and have depression a Psychologist may help you.(and is even not first time when he talks like that)And he said back :I don’t need your advice,thanks !…and I told him that I am trying to find a good Psychologist that may help him and he answered back: find one for yourself!….And he told me also help yourself first before helping others.And I told him :I was giving you a suggestion in order to feel better because I know you suffer for long time. And he asked me where is the result that my Psychologist helped me?and I said that I dont want to prove him anything.Do you think he acts weird?why then he texts me how bad he feel ,that he doesn’t want to live and gets mad when I offered to help him?is his behavior normal?I feel like he attacks me back because I suggested him that he may need help and told me back:get help for yourself-to make me feel like something with me its not ok ,like I am the one who needs help not him…what do you think about his behavior?🙏

I don't know what I was. I still don't know who am I. Do you know who you are? In most places I try to find a feeling. A feeling like I belong here, a feeling like I am this whatever it is. don't know what am I searching for? Where am I going? But still I want to walk not run. Walk in the rain, Walk on sand, walk on Ice, Walk on those unseen territories. Still I don't know, who am I? Am I this or just a little partical of this unending thread? Who knows?
