I took a walk outside earlier not knowing that it was todays task! I met a really cute dog named domu but he jumped on me and got mud on my clothes.
I did take a walk outside, could not do it for very long as the place where I live, had a temperature of nearly -30 degrees today! Way too cold! Could not walk for longer than this!
Did it for 11 minutes!

I took a walk and will in the evening too. It’s so realxing to burn your calories, take some fresh air and be with yourself for an hour around trees and good atmosphere
I went for a walk today without knowing the fact that it was today’s task as well…it was fun because going out for a walk in such a chilling weather is really a Herculean task …but doing it was fun as I could actually feel my breath , cold breeze on my face making me freeze to extreme and the warmth i experienced by burning calories of course but it was a refreshing experience for me …enjoyed it a lot 😀
Started on 3rd December…early morning everyday atleast for 30 minutes!! But these days it’s damn freezing 🥶
Took a walk early in the morning because I was really stressed for my exam. I felt like i will not do good and reach my target. Putting on my airpods, listening to my favourite album on spotify- I walked around campus- saw the beautiful snow and felt so much gratitude in my heart. it is amazing how being around nature for a few minutes can make you feel so calm!

super nice! It was rainy yesterday, and I didn’t walk much, just wandered around my backyard and a bit of bush anyway because even though it was humid the blue sky was nice :)

The snow had just fallen today, and it was refreshing to take a stroll.

I went for a walk in my lane after a long time…I had been thinking of it somewhere but didn’t do it…but so glad this task made me do it…it actually felt gooood to go out,walk a little…here and there freely after so long…I went with a tiny little 6 years old tenant…it felt really good…walking and listening to her childish talks…❤
Also it was a sunny day so I loved it…wish I could go for a walk everyday…will try to slowly include it in my day…overtime…
Also after coming back I stood in the sun…for sometime with closed eyes…it’s really hard for to relax…because I think my mind keeps getting stuck over various things due to my kind of perfectionist and ocdic…kind…of thoughts and all…but I tried to keep it moving as I walked and also to not bore the little one…but it I’m glad I could…keep it moving…happy 😁…I wish for the ease of actions most people have l…but okay…hoping I’ll pull myself out slowly… steadily…yet soon…really hoping for my life back in my control 🤞❣…so though it was a little bit difficult but I closed my eyes and just tried to feel the warmth and listen to the sounds around and loved the warmth and the blueish freshness that we have when we open our eyes💙 and not joking…few…few…moments really felt like that moment and me now and me not joking 😄😌
Also saw this beautiful house and it’s beautiful plants after a while 😉

After a long time saw those tress which I used to see regularly…observed them a little better this time 🙂

Having a walk with spotify on is just relaxing. I could feel the cool breeze and the heat generated by my body. Having a walk makes the day😊
I wore my favourite hoodie,comfy clothes and shoes and finally broke my hibernation period to finally walk outside . Accompanied by my favourite Prateek kuhad, Ayushman khurana’s songs . It was kinda dusky and i wish I had a photo to share but I was too caught up in the moment . It was refreshing and thank you guys for making me do this . Although physically it gave me muscle cramps 😄
I am a very sedentary being and this is my greatest achievement of the week 🙂☺️
