It really helpede calm downโฆone thing I learnt from the video and I think itโs high time start working onโฆis remembering the important things that keep us groundedโฆitโs so true ho we easily lose the sense of timeโฆin this situationโฆand how important it is to keep a check on simple things like changing our clothesโฆall three meals a day etcโฆso looking forward to working on thisโฆalsoโฆ I have been trying to be as understanding and compassionate I can because we never know what one might be going through right nowโฆao I really feel thatโs very important and I will continue to do soโฆ๐งก and I really loved the way you brought back to us the sense of purposeโฆitโs so important in these trying times ๐งก
