I had a good sleep that made me start my day fresh and had all engery. Owning to my lifestyle classes and work my sleep cycle was not good and this Sunday I just relaxed and woke up at 9:30 as apposed to 6:30 everyday and slept back at 9 while i it was 1 a.m everyday. Had a good sleep and happy morning

So as my exams are over ,Iโm feeling much relaxed and stress free but didnโt sleep for more time โฆsooo I decided to take a long sleep yesterday night and today Iโm so happy and refreshed and got a really sweet and sound sleep without any tensions of having online classes or exams the next dayโฆthis feeling of relief and freshness is awesome โฆ

Iโve been trying to inculcate this habit of sleeping on time and getting enough sleep since I quit my job.
Earlier I didnโt feel like my day was complete because work used to take up all my day and i didnโt get to talk to my dear ones. But now, since i get enough time to catch up, I find sleeping on time easier and very relaxing. It is one of those habits that Iโve wanted to inculcate since a long time, and I feel really proud of being able to do so since a few weeks noe.

I was having busy days recently, lots of last-minute stuff before Christmas break! Research papers due from school, exams are approaching!
But I for sure had a good sleep last night!
And you can see it as I woke up super fresh in the morning :)
actually slept well! solid 9 hours without the dog interrupting :)

After 2 days of sleepless nights, I could finally get good sleep today of about 9 hours. I can already feel the difference in my mood and I feel better and more fresh. It was definitely a goodnight.

Late post : So yes i couldnt sleep earlier which I planned do .But slept an hour extra than usual , it was so cold and surprisingly drizzle of rainโฆ So gifted that 1 hour extra sleep and got up little late. Had a peaceful sleepโฆ
