Cooking works as a great therapy for me. The smell of ingredients the amount of time in the kitchen and the final product. I cook almost every day and the lockdown made me more aas a perfectionist as a cooking person and even ended up helping me start my own page.
I plan to cook something sweet today but before that let me share what I cooked just a day before for my happiness.
This bruschetta and they were made in 3 different toppings (pineapple corns and cheese, tomatoes Brasil and cheese and the last one broccoli tomato onion and cheese) a total delight to myself.
Ps: if you donโt know itโs an Italian dish
I usually donโt like cooking but sometimes yes it gives a happy feeling soo i planned to make croissants in with Indian fillings to give it a twist n guess what I was successfulโฆit was just like a Christmas eve treat so we enjoyed it ๐
Really enjoying breakfastโฆRava dosa!!!

Itโs Christmas Eve, and a perfect occasion to try out my cooking skills, and also an excuse for eating not do healthy food. So I baked a no vegetable bread โpizzaโ, as you may call it.
BTW, Iโm not a great chef, so never mind how this looks:

As you said good food is the foundation of genuine happiness so I tried our traditional dish
Chainsoo(black urad daal) and mandua chapati buck wheat along with aloo thechwani (potato curry
It was much better than my first cooking :)

We made holiday cookies today! And for dinner, I helped make our special Polish Christmas Eve dinner of pierogis, kielbasa, and other Polish treats.
Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, Questionable Kwanza, and a happy New Year!!
(or if you celebrate something else)

Hey guys!
Looking at all the amazing food people made today I feel a bit embarrassed with the rose lassi I made . I almost gave up on the task today as I was preoccupied with so many stuff. But one thing led to another and I finally put all my love and effort to make rose lassi with home grown and dried rose petals . Never been a big fan of rose lassi but this one was yum ๐คค. And thats my favourite glass โบ๏ธThank you for making me do this๐ค๐
I thoroughly enjoyed this taskโฆa break out of my ocdic kind of problem and other problemsโฆ
