Bathing as said is a therapy to the body. It makes you feel calm and free of stress. The body feels so relaxed and happy I was to feel light and devote time to this healthy habit

Bathing in winter was quite a challenging task!! But once stepped in , felt great ! Pamperd myself and it was quite relaxing n felt fresh n light !!! Self-care is most important than caring around fr ppl the whole life!

This is me after I took a bath with hot water and then wore nice, warm clothes. I brushed my hair, and added a little pearl earring for the photo!

I take a bath everyday in the morning, winter or summer. I feel queasy if I don’t. 🤷‍♀️

But I’m very lazy when it comes to brushing my hair. It takes effort to get ready sometimes, but mostly this process makes me feel much better than when I skip it.

Sometimes I may resist stepping into water in winters, but a warm shower in winters is a bliss. It makes me feel relaxed, calm and more fresh

After a long and busy day day at work, a long and hot bath was the best treat i could give myself.
I really did help me getting rid of all the stress and worries i carried around all week.

Although I spend a lot of my time doing wasteful activities, but I make sure that I have a relaxing shower and I consider it an important part of the me-time during the day in fact it is one of those periods where I have either no thoughts or the most positive thoughts about planning the remaining part of my day.

Life is too short to waste time bathing in a bathroom. Just warm up your body and dive into the pool. That’s the way, you can relax your body and revitalise yourself.

Taking shower twice a day has been part of my life. Its not only hygenic but makes me feel relax and fresh. Furthermore I also enjoy having my dinner a bit more after shower and get good sleep after shower. As usual i had my shower twice today and it feels great.

Taking a cold shower everyday boosts metabolism, helps to improve cardiovascular health and is beneficial in fat loss… Pro tip - specially in winters it keeps dandruff away😁

I can say , after taking bath we feel good. But after taking a deep bath…with the in hot shower and some added classic music make your heat and mind to relax more…sounds like a therapy
The droplet of water dripping on your body…each drop witha sensation to your body and the music to your ears and respons of soul will make u to enter into a new dimension…
At end u will say I had a great bath today.
Which is my answer. It worked

I did this quite late in the day (based on my timezone) but it did give my day a calming end.
Coincidentally, today is one of those days when I feel like I need to change something; the very reason I found myself in this forum.
I did take time think about many things and I felt better after that long refreshing shower. Lighter and cleaner.

It’s sooo nice to have a bath at sunset, so it’s like a dark blue in my bathroom which has blue tiles and IDK, but the vibe of warm water and the setting sun is what I needed! Loving this challenge already

Having bathed in a hot shower, and dressing up not to impress others, but to comfort myself, was quite helpful for me to get rid of all the examination stress. It helped me get out of the mental trauma of syllabus completion, and motivated me to kickstart the day with a fresh mind.

It was too long since i took such a long bath …but it was a really calm and refreshing …i just forgot all the normal day routines and concentrated on the small hot water droplets falling on me, the small tiny bubbles made through the shampoo, the moisture of the skin as well as the warmth of the air around …the happiness and positivity i felt after the bath was totally different and actually made me more fresh and rejuvenated to start my day …through this activity i actually realized how a long relaxing bath can contribute to relieve us from stress and unwanted frustration.

Day 1
I always shower in the morning no matter what, but it was after such a long time that I took a bath 🛁 Added relaxing salt into water, and loved it!

After taking that long relaxing bath i felt as if all my problems and emotions were sucked out of my system… and they just flowed away with the bath water. It just made me feel so relaxed and comforted. I felt as if there were no more troubles. Oh by the way, thank you so much for this task.💙
