I feel numb ...i dk what to do if someone van motivate me I will be very thankful.. yesterday my grandfather died and i wasn't expecting this it was so suddenly that i cannot even express how i feel...also i am in 12 th grade and will be appearing to give neet so the pressure of studies is helll lottt on mee...and somehow i am not able to focus on studies bcoz of the news that i heard yesterday my mom and dad went to my grandfather's house and me and my brother are alone....i just want to be with my parents and hug them tightlyy!!!🥺🥺plz if you can motivate me i need ittt

Depression

I feel very lonely! I am pregnant with my first child. Only fews weeks away, however I do not feel the excitement. I feel no support from the ones who are supposed to support me the most. My husband seems always to be tired when it comes to speaking to me or doing things together. He responds to his family's needs immediately. He makes excuses of tiredness and tries to avoid interaction with my myself infront of his family. I'm at my mums house atm, he comes to visit me however keeps it discreet from his family (he comes during his working hours so that he can spend his free time responding family and spending time with his family. He calls me and messages me when he is at work. However when he is with family he doesn't message or call me. If he does its past bed time hours, he knows I get tired. His parents tell him to run errands for them, he is always available for them even if its late night. However for me he makes excuses that he is tired. He very rarely asks me how I'm feeling or dealing with pregnancy. I want him to get more involved and show his love towards me in front of his family. Today I decided to turn my phones Internet off and not communicate with him at all. From his social media my sibling showed he has taken a family member out for a tour. I think to myself and I want him to be around me besides sleeping time. I just feel sad and lonely!
