Coming out, accepting and revealing what you are, takes a lot of strength on the part of the person. Making your parents realise your true identity, making them believe that you’re happy with it and hence they should be too, is a daunting task. Society will not accept. We need to compromise on societal acceptance and try and just be happy with who we are.

That is true! It all starts with loving yourself first. Society will pose its own challenges and wont radically accept but that is just something we all must live with.
