Anger Issues

So I broke up with my bf a year ago and I started my college and I had a guy who was my bsf and I shared everything with him I was very Close to him but I felt very very guilty of doing that because I still love my ex and it would hurt him so much. I cannot accept this self of me😭😭 along with that I wanted to distract myself and answered the guys who flirted with me I thought all this would make me feel good about myself and I will start loving myself and now I hate that I did that. I stopped speaking to guys who are just my friends because I felt guilty for getting attached and I started talking back to my ex and I couldn't even tell him about what I did in the days he wasn't there. I don't know if I should tell him all that. Without telling that whenever I look back the guilt is haunting me and please help ne 😭😭😭

Suggest some simple hobbies to do daily that helps to relax the mind. Also to reduce anxiety.

This lockdown has changed me so much (negativity). I already used to speak less but now I hardly speak for 5-10mins per day. I have lost confidence. Connection with my sister has become worst. I don't feel like talking to anyone. I don't feel anything. I heart have become just a beating heart of stone. I can't help myself.
