Everybody is gone and I am the only person in the house and it feels so lonely and big. It’s just me and my cat. Now I can yell that name Meredith as loud as I can and nobody will hear me. ￼

Alcohol

I’ve been feeling very numb lately. Depression, Anxiety And Stress Are My Best Friends. They’ve been around as long as I can think for myself. As I’m getting older it’s easier to hide it and it’s scary how good I can hide it all. I’m so embarrassed to talk to anyone I know close to me about how my life led to be or what I’m going through. even if I do mention it, it’s like they don’t relate how deep this mental situation Im in. I Try and try and try but people really tell me ( well you’re not trying hard enough) and it hurts, because PLEASE BELIEVE ME I’m Really Trying !

Anxiety

I always feel like an extra person who always comes at second to everyone. Whenever their main guy is missing then only they remember me. Otherwise no one will be there.

Exhausted

I feel so flipping emotionally drained today and I can't do anything or talk to anybody without crying afterwards, I have to go out soon and my mum can't seem to understand that I need a day off sometimes even if I'm not physically ill

Parenting

So this is my first time posting but I’m having a really hard time in my life right now. I am dealing with several severe mental health issues and no one is willing to help me. My parents love my physiatrist even though he refuses to listen to me and will only talk with my dad. I can’t get a councillor as they all tell me I’m too risky and complicated to deal with and on top of that my parents believe it’s a waste of money and time to have one. My school councillor keeps lying to me. Whenever I tell her I need help all she does is ignore me or say something she is going to do but never follows through. My friends are all fed up with me having issues and my parents want me to simply snap out of it. I’m so frustrated and everything seems to lead me to the same answer, suicide. I see that as my only out left as no one and nothing is helping me, and I don’t mean to seem needy or like I can’t do things myself because I can but this is simply too hard for just me and I’ve already tried to over come this for 7 years, by the way I’m only 17.
