I worry too much. About everything and everyone. I overthink everything. I cant stop. I am depressed myself. Have too much anxiety to deal with and have major suicidal urges. I have the urges under control but I think I've reached a point where I am projecting my feelings on others, on people close to me. I worry if my younger brother is suicidal or depressed. I know for a fact that my dad is depressed but just doesn't share it with the family. I wonder if he's suicidal. And I cannot keep up with the thought of losing someone close to me. It makes me wonder if my dad is suicidal. I am most probably overthinking but I HATE IT. I HATE THESE THOUGHTS. I CANT GET OVER IT. MY BRAIN JUST WONT STOP. IT SUCKS. I don't think anything you guys comment below will make a difference to me, am not trying to be rude but I just don't have it in me to believe the things y'all are gonna say.   

Suicidal Ideation

Sometimes I feel like I can help someone with my words, but at the time it becomes difficult for me as well the calm them and my mind as I m constantly thinking about a way, but I forget that I have a Limitation as a person and not a professional to consul them.  
I hope maybe one day I will know more about life, emotions, and pain to reach out the way the people feel here for their life stoke. :)
