Wow that must have been traumatic af. I think you need to find the reason why u aint able to accept the fact of them being together. It will either be you aint over him yet or you are questioning your self worth more like… Was i not good enough ? Why her over me? . Once you realize it wasnt your fault. May be itll be easy for you to not give a fuck about what he does… It will take time tho.

I do think that because of this incident I doubted my self worth a lot… I compared and found myself less than her… which got me into this vicious cycle and probably the reason of not being able to accept…
