No we can’t just use anyone like that.
If you don’t want attachment or something serious. Then before hand tell the other person your true intention that you are talking to them to heal yourself and after you are healed things will end.
Some people heal all by themselves and some needs help of another person to heal. Which is not at all wrong.
But when we just use someone to heal. Maybe in the process of healing the other person gets attached to us and they help us in healing and in turn we hurt them because once our goal is achieved we ghost them. And in turn we hurt them
