Can we file a case against our parents?
They are allowing me to leave and they are killing me emotionally
I’m 19 my dad beats me and my mom he is educated person he has anger issues he harass me and my mom and gives the worst kind of bad words that a girl can’t listen from her own dad… Not for me but i want justice for my mom
I can fight against him ik it’s alot difficult for my age to file a case and all but i want my rights even if it’s going to be difficult I’ll fight no matter what and i want him to suffer by the way of law!
And he is not allowing me to leave as well and I’m not earning yet so I can’t move out
Bro I’m female born in an Indian family and u won’t know how it feels like to be in this family and i just want him to suffer the way he made me n mom suffered and at 17 I was not legal to file a case now I’m and i really want to
My dad is so volient that my mom and me know one can speak in front of him even I speak he beats me with belt or hanger and he beats my mom with his hands ans he has a very loud voice so he thinks no one will be able to defeat him
Plz just go and file a complaint … take help of some supportive adults dear

Please reach out to Women safety or domestic abuse departments in police. Give them proof and they’ll handle everything. You will not have to fight a case in court. Even if you do, they’ll provide you state lawyers.
Also, you should check with your mom if she can do all this. Without her consent, it will be difficult to do this. Plus, if you need someone to talk to … you can reach out.
My mom won’t support she scares my dad alot… I’ve to do all this alone
