Can u help / suggest?
Idk what should i call it โฆ a problem or a habit. Its when someone hurt me / or makes me angry, even if they say sorry or apologize i DONOT GET BAVK NORMAL โฆ it takes me days even weeks โฆ according to them (myfrnds nd my bf) I should change myselfโฆhonestly i try.but its just not something i can change. I just get so hurt or angry. I have anger issues. My question is this happens to u too? And what should i do to change if ppl around me donโt understand my mood ๐
