Can u help / suggest?
Idk what should i call it β¦ a problem or a habit. Its when someone hurt me / or makes me angry, even if they say sorry or apologize i DONOT GET BAVK NORMAL β¦ it takes me days even weeks β¦ according to them (myfrnds nd my bf) I should change myselfβ¦honestly i try.but its just not something i can change. I just get so hurt or angry. I have anger issues. My question is this happens to u too? And what should i do to change if ppl around me donβt understand my mood π
