Can someone tell me why when I wake up I get bloated even tho I ate food that was healthy but when I don’t eat healthy food and I wake up fine without being bloated?
Can someone explain??

it’s okay to eat unhealthy food sometimes.
such food doesn’t keep you full
so when you are little hungry, you wake up easily without bloating.
try to eat a mixup of foods till 7:30
