Okay so here it goes, I had a boyfriend. We were in a relationship for 6 years but during that period he cheated on me so many times, abused me, and did so many things without my consent. Itni hadd tak mere saath bura kiya ki mera uske saath rehna majboori ho gaya tha.
I broke up with him jaise taise. It’s been 4 years since our break up and i feel disgusted about it all.
I have been in depression since, developed ADHD because of him.
I haven’t properly slept since.
He’s been calling me from different numbers on my phone, so I changed the sim card. Now he’s messaging me on my social media platforms.
Blackmailing me for photos.
I don’t know what to do.
My parents never knew about him
He blackmails me that he’ll come to my house and spill every thing to my father.
I don’t know what to do!

Ok so first of all you should bring this to your parents observation, yes they’ll first be angry at you, scold you, maybe also hit you but you are their child, so they won’t be mad at you for a long time once you tell what happened with you. Once they are cool and by your side get those messages to the cyber department and file a case against that guy
Also look for a good therapist in your area to deal with your ADHD problem
I tried telling them at some point, but i just started doing good study wise. Got into a good college achieving what I always wanted. I am afraid that all of this will just stop happening if I told them.
I met a therapist, but she was no good. Made me realise that i am no good for my family. I live in a small town and there are no good therapists.
