Can somebody give me an advice i need a help my friend is in need and don't know what proper advice to tell her but, her boyfriend wanted a break up and his reason is that he is not ready to be in a relationship but just like the idea of having a girlfriend. What should i tell my friend what advice? ASAP

I wonder why humans are so sad.

I just cannot have a healthy argument at home. It's soo difficult ik, I'm literally crying rn! Over a small petty thing. People here are extremely adamant. They want things to go their way, that's it! And since childhood I have never expressed my views, have kept quite to keep the peace and avoid their wrath cz I was timid and scared. They get angry and leave u on ur own if u don't do what they want or even try to put ur point quietly. But becoming an adult I realised suppressing and keeping quite is doing me more harm than good and so I try to speak for myself but even that's no picnic. They just make me feel worthless and dumb and I'm trying hard to be strong and hold my ground also deal with the triggers that come along when I just suppressed my needs and did as they want. I'm really really exhausted.

I was very unhappy with my relationship. I was always kept wondering if he really loves me or not. He was sweet at first, for a few months, then wasn't happy with the fact that I didn't like him consuming alcohol. So he lied to me so that I wouldn't lecture him about it later, and did it behind my back. He lied so many times that I started thinking that maybe I wasn't enough. It drained me emotionally and physically, so much.

Agar koyi friendship karoge to 1 bat hi kahungi ki hum bohot sensitive type k insan hai, hum acche bure dono insan se hi friendship karte hai par uski limitation hoti hai, humain bekar ki personal bat nhi karni hai, dost banoge toh dosti rahegi, par pure din mei jab time milegi main khud hi apko msg karungi, ye meri friendship k tarike hai, free minded hoon par zyada personal bat karna pasand nhi.
