A lover in an amalgam 
A saddened epiphany 
An overthrown agenda
A mild misconception 
A sudden ache 
Caught in a prefix
Left to suffocate 

Yet learning to breath..  


Are you referring for someone in love or for some one out of love. In later case the second line doesn't make sense for me. May be I am wrong, just an opinion but nice work.

Heartbreak for sure, someone who you possibly wanted to pursue or were pursuing but you realise he was playing you all this time only giving enough to not make you suspicious. But then you realised the truth. And it hurt. So now you're learning to live without them.

Or maybe you thought that he loved you but he didn't. At least not like you wanted him too.
