Sharing Our Innermost Thoughts

Can genetic disorders or mutation could change the colour of the light which I see for permanent? Like red appearing green to me from my birth and same for other colours. I thought about it so much that now I am like, am I seeing the true colours or fake colours. this question is now scratching away my mental piece.
I searched through net alot and found that there are some rare diseases occuring with unknown cause .Thats why i am so stuck on it , only one thought comes through my mind “I want to see the real colours !”.now this thing is getting ahead to my tongue and my nose ,are these tastes or smell real or this is also getting converted. what should I do…
