Can anyone tell me how to deal with my situation of the feeling of cheated by family?
Hii…The one thing that comes to my mind is that we put a lot of pressure on ourselves that “family is everything” and that they’re our blood ties and all. But it is also very important to realise that sometimes our own family can be toxic and not good for our mental health. It’s not your fault and you don’t need to feel guilty for dealing with your family/cutting ties with them or maintaining distance if that’s what helps you keep your mental health in check.
What if they did not let u go nor giving time to forget things and grow.
