I have comprehensive exams for my Ph.D. from 6th December and three papers of Chartered accountant course from 15th December. Due to my coursework, I couldn't read till today. How to manage now. My parents and relative already make fun of me. Daily, my family scolds me. I start panicking at night. I can not sleep but get scared from the thoughts and lie in bed. I have been failing for 11 years now.

Heyy.. Iam 12th PCMC student I had a great plans for reading and preparing well for my board exams in the beginning of the year then hit the pandemic once the online classes began i never listened to classes and I completely neglected it now the offline classes have began and I don’t know anything about my 12th class portion Iam really getting freaked out now . I have my board exams in may month until then the left days will be busy with lab practicals and pre board test I wanted to get above 90% this year but now i doubt will i even pass this year . Iam really scared about it and don’t know what to do 😭🥺

Physical Health

This year have been so stressful for a person like me who is going through constant anxiety. I'm a student and Online classes have been too much. Most of the times I'm feeling low and I don't want to take classes, do assignments, give class test or even main test. I'm so fed up with this online thing all I wanna do is sleep but it's not possible as Our schools & teachers doesn't understand this. School is now 24 × 7 there's no freaking fixed time of school and of it's work now. Im so done with this. I rarely concentrate on school & it's work nowadays and I feel so guilty for that but my mental health is just :")
