Bht din baad aaisi anxiety feel ho rahi kii neend nhii aa rahi. Pta nhii q sochta hu mai ab bhii tumare baare me, q answer dhund ke tumko sahi prove krna ka try krta hu jbki tumne jo kiya sab glt thaa. Nafrat honi cahiye tumne but nhii kr paata hu aaj bhii. Aur kya bolu.

I feel you… What you are saying is the pain that you feel now also is because you have holding on to it and not seeing other aspects of life. As simple a thing like breathing, for example if it stops we are dead, right. Try and count things that are working for you at this point and take a seat back from what is not working. Wo kehte hai hum bahar wo dhundh rhe hote hai, jo hum khud k andar lack kr rhe hote hai. Bohot simply wo kindness aur care apne andar k bachee k liye Karo. Jo ice cream hum chahte hai koi mere liye le k aaye, wo hum khud bhi toh la sakte hai aur khane me toh utna hi acha lagega. Phir enjoy kr k khud ko thanks bolna ki chalo, aaj thodi courage dikha k apne liye ek achaa chiz Kiya. Un chizo ko dhundho jo khud ko satisfaction dega long term me. Jb en chizo ko life me laoge tb yeh sab dard nhi pareshan karega. Dheere dheere jb chla jayega. Jo samne wala tha uske sath ye soch lo ek time tk hi safar tha, baki aage wo thik rhe aur tum bhi thik raho. Forever to koi bhi nhi rahega earth p toh bas ye acceptance apne andar le aayiye ki thik hai life , god jo bhi kahiye ek direction change kr rhi hai. Uspe chalte hai, dukh bhi ayega Khushi bhi aayegi. Apna kaam krte rahiye, us lesson k sath jo life abhi sikha rhi hai. Jb hum chote chote chizen nazarandaz krte hai tb hi baad me ek bda bomb fat ta hai. Bas ith k kapde jhar k aage badhiye aur aisa mindset banayiye ki jo bhi hoga dekh lenge filhal ek achii cup chai ki Piya jae. Lots of warmth!!!

I don’t know what is happening but i am not holding anything. I am just stuck in many things which i can’t describe

You may start with small little things and look to take life one day or one morning, make small little hours of your day with intentional activity. Slowly things will become good

Problem yahi hai dost, ki hum intezar krte hai ki ek din aayega jab sab thik ho jayega, mai khush ho jaunga. Pr wo din nhi ata …
Har din me khushi dhundh ni pdti hai, ek bad day me hi kuch 4-5 second achee honge jo khushi de k jayenge. Life ki Khushi whi hai, sab toh pta nhi kb theek hota hai. When we are not able to accept ourselves we search it somewhere else. Apne sath baitho thoda time lagega or smjhna chahoge toh baat samjh aayegi

Nhii aaisa nhii hai pichle 3-4 yrs se itna kuch hua hai kii mauka hii nhii mill raha kii happiness dhund paau abhi hapiness tb milegi jb carrier me kuch achieve kr lunga mai aur usi ka wait kr raha hu bas
