Being an abscond is not a crime. I mean yeah, absconding is not a good habit but not everyone do it by choice. It’s just the circumstances or the heat of moment. I feel so bad looking at my friends , they r so talented, they crack every interview still can’t join cuz they are abscond.
I believe most of us have been an abscond once, or atleast know someone, still why we are so biased about them.
I feel like there should be some company who hire absconds , help them build their career again…cuz everyone deserves a second chance.
M really feeling so bad for my friends, wish I could help them someway.
